David and Simon Reuben are the owners of the Reuben Brothers Company. The company was set up as holding for activities in the Russian metals market. At one point they were the world’s largest aluminum company. Reuben Brothers is now active in real estate, private equity, and venture capitalism. Reuben Brothers have a portfolio of mines in Morocco, Indonesia and South Africa. Reuben Bothers own significant UK properties including: Millbank Tower and the American Express offices. The Reuben Brothers are shareholders in the Orient-Express Hotels and the Wellington Pub Company, owning 850 pubs. Through their company Kristal Waters, the Reuben Brothers have acquired several luxury superyachts, including: TRIPLE SEVEN (68-meters - sold in Nov 2006), SIREN (75-meters), SAPPHIRE (73.55-meters – sold in April 2011), GRAFFITI (73.55-meters – sold in February 2012) and MOGAMBO (73.55-meters – sold in March 2012). The net worth of David and Simon Reuben is estimated at USD 10.5 billion. |
